When building muscles, one needs excellent nutrition to support a rigorous and strenuous body-building regime.  Your body also needs to recover as soon as possible after a strenuous workout.  The following products are recommended:
ARGI+ with Vitamin C Supplement.  Contains 5gr of L-Arginine amino-acid and Vitamins C, D3, K2, B6 and B12.  Greatly assists the body to recover after a strenuous workout.
Nutritional Shake.  Generally substitute one meal, but if you are following an intense body-building regime, adapt the use of the nutritional shake to nutritional needs.  This is an excellent product, since it contains vegetable proteins, amino-acids, fibers, vitamins and minerals.
Garcina Plus Capsules.  3 daily, 1 20 minutes before each meal.  Contains chromioum picolinate which greatly assists the body in efficiently utilising insulin and the garcinia inhibits unwanted fat formation.
Bee Pollen Tablets.  3 - 6 daily, 1 with each meal.  Great multi-vitamin and a natural energiser.

Fields of Green Tablets.  3 - 6 daily, 2 with each meal.  Contains extracts of Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Alfalfa Sprouts, Cayenne Pepper.
Gin-Chia Tablets.  3 - 6 daily.  Great energiser and assists with hormones.
