Hiatus Hernia

A hiatus hernia or hiatal hernia is the protrusion (or herniation) of the upper part of the stomach into the thorax through a tear or weakness in the diaphragm.
 
Symptoms
-    Swallowed food "balls up" and causes discomfort in lower esophagus until it passes on to stomach.
-    The pain and discomfort that a person experiences is due to the reflux of gastric acid, air or bile.
 
Causes
-    Over eating.
-    Lying down after eating a large meal.
 
Suggested Treatment
-    Do not over eat.
-    Eat plenty fiber.
-    Drink Aloe Vera Gel (juice)
-    Take multi-vitamins.

Aloe Vera Gel (Juice).  90 - 180mls daily, 60mls with food.  Anti-inflammatory, digestive, nutritive.
 
Fields of Green Tablets.  3 tablets daily, 1 with each meal.  Contains alfalfa, has a high alkaline content.
