Feet

Here we look at athlete's foot, fungus on nails and callous or hardened skin.

Athlete's Foot
-    Micro fungus in and among the toes (mycosis)
-    Irritation, swelling and fever in toes.
-    Very contagious infection.

Causes
-    Contaminated water
-    Contact with another infected person

Suggested Treatment
-    Dry feet very well
-    Apply Aloe Vera and Propolis Cream
-    Put baking soda in shoes to help absorb moisture and odour.

Fungus on nails
-    Common ailment but hard to eliminate because fungicides cannot penetrate the nail.
-    Aloe Vera Activator mixed with Aloe Vera Propolis Cream has the ability to penetrate nails to the skin beneath.

Callous and hardened skin
-    Occur on heals, knees and elbows.
-    Called hyperkeratosis.
-    Combine salicylic acid (get from chemist) with water and alcohol and then mix up a 10% solution with Aloe Vera Gel and apply to areas.  This will soften the callous.
