Diverticulum

These are sacks produced when the colon and intestinal membranes are inflamed, forming little lateral sacks toward the outside of the intestine.
 
Symptoms
-    When these sacks are filled with food, they produce putrefaction, gases and inflammation, causing diverticulitis.  Can extend to colon creating serious problems.
-    Pain and cramping in the lower part of abdomen, causing constipation.
 
Causes
-    Stress
-    Lack of fiber
-    Not drinking enough water.
 
Suggested Treatment
-    Eat fibre-rich foods.
-    Take a Nutritional Shake rich in fiber.
-    Drink Aloe Vera.
-    Take natural anti-biotics such as Bee Propolis  and Garlic.
-    Avoid foods which produce gas, such as whole grains, seeds and nuts.
 
Products
Aloe Vera Gel (juice).  90 - 180ml daily.  Mix with 2 litres water or more.  Aloe is anti-inflammatory and helps prevent constipation.
 
Nutritional Shake.  Substitute 1 meal.  Excellent source of multi-vitamins, minerals, amino-acids, fibre and vegetable proteins.
 
Bee Propolis Tablets and Garlic & Thyme Softgels.  4 to 6 of each daily, 2 with each meal.  Excellent anti-biotic and anti-bacterial.  Strengthens the immune system.
