Anaemia

Anaemia (hematic insufficiency) is the lack of oxygenated blood owing to shortage of iron in the blood.
 
Symptoms
-    Paleness of skin, eyelids, lips, fingernails and gums. 
-    Brittle hair and increased respiration.
 
Causes
-    Anaemia is caused by lack of oxygen in the blood, mainly toa lack of iron (the main component of hemoglobin) in the blood. 
-    Shortage of proteins, folic acid, Vits B6, B12 and C.
 
Suggested Treatment
Follow a balanced diet, eating foods that contain a high level of iron, example lentils, spinach, egg yolks, dried prunes, broccoli, turnips and whole grains (with hulls).
 
Warning!  If the anaemic condition persists, consult your physician.

Nature-min Tablets.  4 tablets daily up to 12yr olds.  12yr and older, 6 tablets daily with meals.  Needed for proper composition and body function.
